Sirzua Stuffs, Inc. provides sales of commodities to you via the eCRATER marketplace subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in our agreement. We expect that our customers will obey the policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services on our store before you use them also. Sirzua Stuffs, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Before proceeding, please read this agreement because purchasing any product from us, or otherwise on our store indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement between you and Sirzua Stuffs, Inc.

Making a purchase or placing an order on our store implies that you agreed to these terms and conditions. Thus, by visiting our store and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made, or via PayPal cancellation page.

You must keep your information up to date by using the relevant sections of the eCRATER website. We are not liable for any wrong shipping address or information that you provide at the time of purchase.
