All our items listed on the store are available. But occasionally some products may be out-of-stock due to a high demand. If you buy an item and pay for it, but for any reasons it is not available, we will contact you as quickly as possible, and either suggest you choose another similar item or process a refund to your account promptly.
No. Please be advised that once an order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make any modifications. If you want to change your order, please click the button “Contact Us”. We shall do our best to accommodate your situation. But once your order has been shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

These terms of service agreement is effective as of January 01, 2020. At Sirzua Stuffs, Inc. we sell only brand-new merchandise and stands behind every product we sell. As our valued customer, we will do our best to make sure the product you receive arrives to you on time and as expected. If you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase you made, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order to process a return. We would accept it as long as it is within the return timeframe. To be eligible to return for a refund, your item must meet all the below criteria: • Must contact us with order information and a brief description of your return to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. • Your item must be in the original packaging and box that it was shipped in. • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. • Must provide a tracking number for the returned parcels. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after arrival. We will process your return in 1-3 business days of receipt of the package. If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used and received. Refund will be given as Refund Money or Money Back. We accept returns of any item. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition within 14 days after arrival or 15 days from purchase date. Customer must contact us to request for a return authorization number. All returns require a Return Authorization Number to be issued prior to being returned. Any returned item must be in its original, unused condition and in same shipping box or envelope received including packing materials, manuals, and all accessories. Customer bears the cost to return the item or product. Return request is usually processed within 3 business days upon receipt of item. Should you have any question, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Opened, used, tested products, or damaged factory sealed manufacturer boxes cannot be returned or accepted. Any returned item must be in an unused condition and in exact shipping box/envelope received. Tracking number must be provided for any return package. If upon receipt and we discover that you have returned damaged or used product and/or with marks, signs of usage, then no refund shall be issued to buyer. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered. A 30% restocking fee plus actual shipping cost where applicable is charged for any return or cancellation originating on the part of the buyer such as accidental order, change of mind, error in order, no longer needed or wanted, not reading, or understanding product listing or description, ordering the wrong item or product, wrong assumptions, unauthorized purchase etc. So, buyers should be aware of this. It should be noted that PayPal fees may apply also. This is because PayPal no longer return processing fees when a refund is issued to a customer. PayPal changed their return and refund policy since few years now, so they no longer refund their fees for returned and cancelled orders. Caveat emptor!
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.
You can check the status of your order at any time by going directly to the order page on your account and click on the tracking number or copy and paste it on the carrier's website. Please note that sometimes the carrier's website may not update the records and parcel status in real time.
We are so sorry to hear this! We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped them off. If your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and you haven’t received it, we suggest the following: - Check with your neighbors and look around the vicinity of your residence. Sometimes shipping carriers leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft. - Verify the shipping address on your order to make sure it’s accurate. - We kindly ask that you wait at least 3 business days to see if it turns up. Shipping carriers often mark packages as delivered preemptively due to slip-ups in operations.
