SmartyPants Women’s Complete is more than a multivitamin – it’s an all-in-one multitasker that manages to do it all, just like you. In each serving, you get omega 3 fish oil, CoQ10, and 15 essential nutrients, including folate as methylfolate, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, vitamin D as D3, and vitamin K2 as MK7.

Rather than include 100% of 100 different nutrients, we focus on the nutrients that are hardest for some women to get consistently from diet alone. The amounts we include are based on current FDA recommended daily intakes (RDIs), how common each nutrient is in the American diet, and the most current advice from nutrition experts. Each serving is also an excellent source of vitamins A, C, D, E, B6, B12, K2, folate, iodine, and zinc. We use premium nutrients that are readily used by the body whenever possible.
